  Given that Cecil was a resident of Benoni when he married in 1945, it would seem likely that his connection to the GWT is through Albert Edward Wooster and Annie Jane Laverton (https://woosterfamily.co.uk/TNG/getperson.php?personID=I673996&tree=GWTpublic). He is probably just too young to be their son, but might be just young enough to be their grandson via Albert Edward jnr.
