  	The death index entry suggests a YOB of ca. 1891. The entry also states her mother as being Caroline Smith rather than Quinn and her father as William Mullins. On her birth record he is given as John William Henry Mullins and her mother as Caroline Quin. The marriage record for her parents states them as John Mullins and Caroline Quin. It also seems that her middle name of Rachel only appears on her death record. All this does leave a small element of doubt about whether we have the right Sarah, but on balance this information would appear very likely to be correct. Most of the inconsistencies are associated with the death record - perhaps someone unfamiliar with Sarah reporting the death?
