James Wooster's Arrival in New York (1858)
We believe this is likely to be James arriving in New York.
Family story goes that he had emigrated to America & made his fortune on gold & owned a hotel.
We understand his nephew Edward Hawley Wooster had spent time with uncle Jim before returning to the UK.
We have no information on James, if he produced a family etc.
Note, immigration record at New York:

James appears on the 1861 UK Census in the household of his sister Hannah and brother-in-law James Alderman Sanders, where his occupation is a clerk in the tea business.
If the above James is the same one, he must have made visits to USA before emigrating.
