| Murgon Brass Band 1922
A better photo of the band from 1922, but no names given. Is Max Rayner Wooster on here? |
| Wooster's Cafe - Murgon A photo of Wooster's cafe in Murgon, taken around 1921. We believe this cafe to have been owned by Herbert Leopold Wooster and his wife Bess Monro. Their son Clement Leopold Wooster was appointed as a telegraph messenger for Murgon in 1919 and their younger son Max Rayner Wooster was in the town band in 1921.
Wooster's Royal Cafe in nearby Kilkivan may also have been owned by this family. (see Most Wanted section) |
